1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PropertyFlow AI Assistant ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

Message frequency varies based on your property activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We use your property and contact information solely to provide property management services and will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Limitations of Liability

PropertyFlow AI Assistant is a coordination service. We are not responsible for:

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without notice. Upon termination:

• SMS messages will cease (except as required to complete ongoing requests)
• We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
